About the Role

LAMOUR BEAUTY TRADING LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing supplies and equipment
  • Develop and implement efficient office systems and procedures to improve productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a commercial or business setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
