Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes that showcase the flavors and spices of Indian cuisine.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage our kitchen inventory to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.

Requirements
  • Education

Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Leadership

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
