We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at TIGH-NA-MARA RESORTS LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service
- 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Proven track record of menu development and cost control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
