Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high level of satisfaction with their dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
