Administrative Assistant Coordinator

OMEGA SOFTWARE SERVICES LTD. is seeking an Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating office services and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software is a must. The ability to multitask and work under pressure is also essential.
Work EnvironmentThe successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills are required to succeed in this role.
