We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our operations at CLASSIC TIME. This role will involve delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, be a team player, and have a strong work ethic. As a permanent employee, you will be working 30 hours per week and will have the opportunity to grow and develop with our company.
