About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Advisor to join our team at Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the scheduling of planned maintenance visits to customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Quoting and managing follow-up service work, including coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage service parts inventory, monitoring stocking levels and coordinating replenishment to meet customer needs.
  • Provide administrative support with quoting and managing planned maintenance agreements, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution with customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary diploma or certificate preferred.
  • Minimum two years of customer service operations experience, preferably in a technical or service-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and basic comprehension of technical manuals, parts manuals, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling frequent paperwork and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and perform consistent, high-quality work.
