About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Service Advisor to join our team at Wiseworth Canada Industries. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Planning
    • Support the scheduling of planned maintenance visits to customer sites.
    • Coordinate the ordering of service parts required for repairs and planned maintenance.
  • Service Parts Management
    • Monitor stocking levels for all branch locations and satellite service personnel.
    • Verify replenishment of technician truck stock.
  • Customer Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative tasks and updates using our business operating system.
    • Utilize computer, business systems, and software programs to complete tasks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma mandatory. Post-secondary diploma or certificate is preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum two years of customer service operations experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical writing skills, with experience preparing technical sales quotations/proposals.
    • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling frequent paperwork and documentation processes.
