CB Canada is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to manage the day-to-day administrative and clerical functions of the service department. As the first point of contact, you will represent the service department and the company to our customers. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, engaging with customers, and providing accurate quotes on costs of repairs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, minimum 2 years customer service experience, and 2-5 years prior service department technical experience or mechanical background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-starter ability, and attention to detail are essential. Experience with CDK Software is considered an asset.
