At Mitel, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and success within our global organization. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing business on CCaaS and UCaaS through the South America region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales account managers to identify key projects to sell CX Solutions
  • Continuously grow and expand knowledge of Unify/Mitel across the entire portfolio
  • Support the account planning process and carry out strategic plans
  • Earn the trust of senior IT and business executives of enterprise accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers
  • Work closely with product teams, product engineering, professional services, and product support to ensure a world-class customer experience
  • Support customer meetings through presentations, demonstrations, and conversations around Contact Center solutions
  • Respond to RFX and build a winning solution
  • Elaborate technical and commercial proposals
  • Handover projects from pre-sales to Operation and Delivery team

Requirements:

  • Computer Engineer, Network Engineer, Computer Scientist, or similar
  • Proven knowledge of Contact Center solutions (on premise and cloud)
  • Proven experience in pre-sales activities (at least 3 years)
  • A team player with the ability to communicate well with team and customers
  • English proficiency
  • Spanish will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills combined with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Takes ownership and follows through on decisions and actions

  • In-depth technical knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS
