Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Specialist to lead our critical business accounts and manage relationships with our clients. This key role is responsible for fostering a positive working relationship, addressing client issues, and responding to inquiries.

The ideal candidate has experience in developing new business opportunities among existing and new customers, with excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer account management, including developing new business, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Background in sales or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
