About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Analyst to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting revenue management data to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue management data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive revenue management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with revenue managers to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including revenue managers, sales teams, and other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management to ensure our hotel remains competitive.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive revenue management forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other revenue management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
