Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support professional to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our Child and Family Programs, Community Living Services, and other programs as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computers and office equipment to perform administrative tasks
  • Enter and retrieve data using various software programs
  • Keep records and retrieve or search files
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and upload documentation
  • Provide reception services and general program information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma and a post-secondary office/administration diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience providing administrative support
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Working Conditions

This role requires the physical ability to lift files, boxes, and supplies. You may be required to stand, reach, crouch, and kneel while filing for extended periods of time.
