Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Coronet Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide customer service

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
