The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled and confident individual to provide administrative support to various programs within the Ministry of Social Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computers and office equipment to perform administrative tasks
  • Enter and retrieve data using various software programs
  • Keep accurate records and retrieve or search files
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and upload documentation
  • Provide reception services and general program information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and a post-secondary office/administration diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience providing administrative support
  • Knowledge of applicable computer hardware/software applications and terminology
  • Ability to accurately compose and/or edit correspondence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Physical ability to lift files, boxes, and supplies
  • Ability to stand, reach, crouch, and kneel while filing for extended periods
