The Director of Strategic Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in leading the sourcing, recruitment and attraction of top talent to Rexall Pharmacy Group. Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, this position works closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand key business priorities, hiring volumes, and initiatives for talent attraction.

Key responsibilities include planning, designing & implementing a national recruitment and sourcing strategy, ensuring effective recruitment/retention programs and policies are in place organization wide. This includes working closely with HR partners, Operations and RSC hiring managers to create and implement effective talent acquisition processes, tools, methodologies, relating to recruitment, assessment, and selection of talent.

The ideal candidate will have 6 - 8 years professional experience in Talent Attraction, with experience in the retail sector being a definite asset. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Competitive salary $120,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits including a total rewards package meant to enhance work-life flexibility.
