Strategic Talent Acquisition and Resource Allocation Manager

In the esteemed role of Strategic Talent Acquisition and Resource Allocation Manager at Infinity, you will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Manage events and conduct performance reviews
You will represent Infinity in negotiations or other official functions, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and accurate judgement to drive success.
We are seeking an organized individual with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience. As a member of our team, you will enjoy fast-paced work environment, large workload, and attention to detail.
