Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Sales Executive to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales growth in the region, building and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business sales growth in the region
- Build and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to effectively go-to-market and understand the competitive landscape
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business
- Retain and grow existing customer base through regular non-sales customer engagement activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, and the ServiceNow executive team
- Proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong analytical and financial planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in French and English
