About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Strategist to join our award-winning communications and marketing team. This individual will develop and execute nationwide internal and external campaigns, leveraging their marketing and communications knowledge to curate content for various B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the design, up-to-date content, and operation of multiple company websites/domains utilizing CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Promote employee engagement, awareness, and understanding by delivering innovative, informative, and consistent materials.
  • Analyze social engagement to inform future social marketing activities and pro-actively participate in the ideation and development of content and campaigns.

This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize key points and articulate both the 'what' and the 'so what.' Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to speak to a variety of audiences.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Communications or Marketing.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Facebook and Google advertisements.
  • Strong Adobe skills, specifically InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Experience or knowledge of WordPress.
  • Adept in CMS platforms such as Hootsuite.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as health benefits, ongoing education, and access to the newest tools.
