The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a crucial role in driving the marketing and promotional efforts of our private career college in Alberta. As a Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective students, increase brand awareness, and support overall enrollment goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: You will work closely with our internal teams to identify marketing needs and create compelling content for various channels, including our website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
  2. Create Engaging Content: You will develop and produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and online content, to attract prospective students and generate leads.
  3. Manage Digital Platforms: You will oversee our social media platforms, ensuring that they are up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  4. Conduct Market Research: You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential target markets, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.
  5. Analyze Campaign Performance: You will monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize our marketing efforts.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications: A diploma in marketing is the minimum educational qualification required for this role.
  • Proven Experience in Marketing: We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: You should have strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, content management systems, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different target audiences.
