Lubricant Sales Development Manager

Northern Metalic Lubricants, a leading industrial lubricants distributor, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Grande Prairie, AB.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Actively manage existing accounts, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
- New Business Development: Develop new business opportunities by exploring media, collaborating with colleagues, and attending trade shows.
- Sales Performance: Utilize the CRM to manage existing customers, track results, monitor sales pipeline progress, and set goals.
- Sales Training: Attend supplier training classes and events to improve lubricant knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and evaluate potential customers, and provide guidance to the sales support team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of account management experience required.
- Skills: Team player, determination, territory management, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, and client relationships.
Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Location: Grande Prairie, AB.
- Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, full-time position.
