Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales management? We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales targets are met, margins are optimized, and our team members are empowered to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Margin Mastery**:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed margin targets within the next 90 days.
- Provide guidance and support to your team members to help them understand and contribute to margin optimization.
- Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for margin enhancement.

**Consistent Sales Performance**:

- Devise plans to maintain consistent sales performance, even in challenging market conditions.
- Quickly address any slowdowns or struggles in sales by implementing targeted action plans.
- Collaborate with team members to identify market trends and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.

**Effective Scheduling**:

- Prioritize scheduling even during slow periods to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Implement a structured approach to appointment stacking, installation windows, and walk-ins to maximize productivity.
- Leverage tools like Trainual and established processes to streamline scheduling procedures.

**Organizational Excellence**:

- Set clear standards for organizational practices and accountability.
- Identify and delegate responsibilities within the team to maintain high organizational standards.
- Implement appropriate consequences for deviations from established processes.

**Efficient Returns Management**:

- Create processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of product returns.
- Establish a protocol for vendor communication to expedite credits for overdue returns.
- Aim to resolve returns within 1-2 days to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Managerial Approach and Expectations**:

- Adaptable leadership: Tailor your management style to accommodate various personality types within your team.
- Uphold a respectful and equitable workplace
- Ensure all team members are trained comprehensively to perform all aspects of their roles.
- Collaborate with HR during the initial months for effective staff management, including hiring and firing.

**Engagement and Reporting**:

- Participate in monthly sales meetings to discuss targets, margin goals, and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee accurate and timely inventory counts, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Innovate and implement new procedures to optimize performance and workflow.

**Financial Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for timely bank deposits every Thursday and mail processing every Friday.
- Ensure that all bills are scanned through the designated scanner for record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales management with a consistent track record of meeting targets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing a diverse team.
- Organizational proficiency to streamline processes and maintain high standards.
- Leadership capabilities that emphasize respect, adaptability, and team development.
- Automotive Background considered an asset ( Automotive accessories background, tire and custom wheel knowledge, lift kits and levelking kits)
