Sales Consultant Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with local businesses and individuals to promote our senior living services.

  • Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, providing them with exceptional service and demonstrating the value proposition of our senior living residences.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay current on the latest trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the senior living or real estate industry.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

  • Familiarity with common business applications, including CRM systems.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
