Sales Consultant Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with local businesses and individuals to promote our senior living services.
Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve individual and team goals.
Build strong relationships with potential customers, providing them with exceptional service and demonstrating the value proposition of our senior living residences.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay current on the latest trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the senior living or real estate industry.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Familiarity with common business applications, including CRM systems.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
