About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Z953. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our commercial clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective solutions to commercial clients' technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Deliver a dynamic and personalized multichannel customer experience, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met and maintained.
  • Work Order Management: Create and manage work orders for service visits, product shipments, and other client requests.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance our services, processes, and client improvement requests, and communicate solutions and successes to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 2 years of professional experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in a technical support role (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Language Proficiency: Written and spoken proficiency in both French and English.
  • Skillset: Solution-oriented, ambassador of change management, committed to continuous improvement and learning opportunities, creative thinker, and strong empathetic team player with the ability to multitask effectively.
