About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cari. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues and answering questions related to our clinical solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clinical solutions and best practices in customer support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of clinical solutions, including Clinibase, eClinibase, and Med-Écho.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bilingualism in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
