Position: Customer Support Specialist

Welcome to our organization.

We are a worldwide for-profit retailer specializing in high-quality, gently used apparel, accessories, and household goods. Our operational model emphasizes sustainability through rethinking and reusing, offering communities an eco-friendly shopping alternative while reducing landfill waste. Additionally, we collaborate with over 100 non-profit entities by acquiring donated items, thereby providing them with essential funding for their community initiatives.

Our extensive network includes over 300 retail locations operating under various brand names, such as Value Village, Savers, and Unique.

Role Overview:

Customer Support Specialists at Village des Valeurs are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our customers, donors, and colleagues. We offer both full-time and part-time roles for Customer Support Specialists.
