Job Offer:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
