Job Offer:
beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various communication channels.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
