Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team at CB Canada as a Director of Human Resources. This role is ideal for Senior HR leaders who are passionate about driving business outcomes and developing high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities

As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and Implementing HR Strategies: Provide leadership and strategic guidance on HR policies and programs to drive business outcomes and support organizational growth.
  2. Leading Talent Management Initiatives: Plan, develop, and implement organizational change, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, job evaluation, compensation, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Representing the Company: Represent CB Canada at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's brand.
  4. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment law and government policy, and analyze training needs, including health and safety.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. Relevant Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (CPHR is an asset), and 10+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  2. Leadership and Strategic Skills: Solid leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and developing high-performing teams.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
