### Overview

Yorkville University and Toronto Film School are committed to delivering exceptional educational experiences. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director, People - Business Partnering to join our team.

### Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our human resources team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of people and culture strategies, employee relations, talent management, and performance management. You will partner with academic and business leaders to drive organizational change, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of inclusion and respect.

### Key Performance Indicators

* Develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with the university's mission, values, and goals
* Provide strategic advice to academic and business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and performance management
* Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration
* Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs
* Analyze and provide insights on talent trends, employee engagement, and retention

### Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and talent management
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people and culture strategies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
