We're seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our team at CB Canada. As a Director of Human Resources, you'll be responsible for providing strategic guidance on HR policies and programs, planning and implementing organizational change, and ensuring compliance with employment law and government policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and strategic guidance on HR policies and programs
- Plan, develop, and implement organizational change, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, job evaluation, compensation, training and development, performance management, employee relations
- Represent the company at job fairs and/or trade shows
- Develop compensation structures and stay on top of competitive wage rates
- Ensure compliance across the board (employment law, government policy, legal, legislative etc.)
- Analyze training needs, including health and safety
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field required (CPHR an asset)
- 10+ Year' experience (hospitality, tourism, or outdoor recreation an asset)
- Solid leadership experience
- Experience conducting training for large teams
