Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of wealth planners to deliver high-quality financial plans and recommendations to HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Develop and implement a wealth planning strategy to drive business growth and increase client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Private Wealth Leaders and Professionals to deliver a client-focused wealth planning experience.
  • Provide expert guidance and counsel on advanced financial planning concepts, including tax, estate, and succession planning.
  • Manage and oversee the quality review process of financial planning to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of tools and training required to deliver business results.
  • Provide proactive, integrated, and customized advice to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in wealth planning and leadership roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of financial planning principles and standards.
  • Specific knowledge of Taxation, Estates, Trust, and Insurance.
  • Working knowledge of Voyant/WealthPath and CCH financial planning software and tools.
  • CFP designation (IQPF in Quebec) and/or ICB.
  • CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, LL. B, LL. L, LL.M or other professional wealth designations an asset.

Salary: $96,600 - $179,700

Pay Type: Salaried

BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
