Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards of the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all members and guests feel valued and respected.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
The Toronto Lawn Tennis Club is a fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our food service.
