About the Role

At Analai Express Media Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, upholding confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services, promoting cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy and adhering to established protocols.
  • Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
  • Resolve conflict situations effectively, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

We offer an estimated salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the demands of the role and the expertise required to excel in this position.
