Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at CANWING TRAVEL LTD. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and preparation of reports
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions
- Prepare written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content
Requirements:
- Efficient interpersonal skills

- Organized and reliable
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team player with integrity
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, Permanent, 30 hours per week, English language
