Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth in our retail business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness, and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement improvements.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitors' operations impact on sales.
  • Budgeting: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and authorize return of merchandise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in retail business operations management.
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and time management skills. The role involves standing for extended periods, making it essential to have good physical stamina.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
