We are a dynamic janitorial services company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our team.
Estimated Salary$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on 35 hours of work per week.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement efficient policies and procedures to streamline daily operations.
- Meeting Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences for the management team.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
- Research: Conduct research to provide valuable insights to support business decisions.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: Less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
