Talent Development Director

About the Role:
The Talent Development Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive talent development programs to enhance the leadership capabilities and professional growth of employees at Trox. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR to identify key development areas and implement strategies to support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design: Develop and oversee the design of customized leadership development programs tailored to the specific needs and objectives of various employee groups within the organization.
- Curriculum Development: Create engaging and impactful curriculum content, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and other resources, to support leadership development initiatives.
- Program Delivery: Facilitate and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and methodologies to assess the effectiveness and impact of talent development programs, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve program content and delivery.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders and high-potential employees, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their professional development goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Learning & Development, and departmental leaders, to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Industry Research: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in talent development, leadership training, and organizational development, and incorporate relevant insights into program design and delivery.
