We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Services Director to join our People Services Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Global Talent Acquisition Services Model across all geographies at Astellas, including both globally outsourcing end-to-end recruitment to our Talent Acquisition Partners and retaining teams where appropriate.

The Role:

  • Accountable for delivering the Global Talent Acquisition Services Model across all geographies at Astellas.
  • Responsible for the provision of exceptional Talent Acquisition Services, including those delivered by third-party partners and retained Talent Acquisition Services Teams.
  • Accountable for driving performance of all Partners to ensure objectives are met and SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
  • Accountable for developing the annual Talent Acquisition Services budget globally and ongoing management of the budget provided by the People Services function.

About You:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, preferably in a global or international context.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
