As a talented professional, you will have the opportunity to drive Aviva's talent development within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include providing strategic direction and leadership in the development of an innovative, high performance enterprise through the introduction of change management and organizational development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Framework and strategy for the company's talent management, identifying key business challenges and gaps to optimally advise the organization's talent requirements.
  2. Drive succession planning across the organization, contributing to the talent review processes, secondments and leadership development initiatives.
  3. Closing talent gaps, consolidating relevant information to provide the company, the Board of Directors and the parent company with an overview of Aviva's management development and succession plan.
  4. Learning and development strategy, coordinating a long-term learning and development strategy for the firm that clearly outlines priorities, current proficiencies and gaps, and a structured approach and timeline.
  5. Improving and evolving Aviva to a high performance culture, developing a coordinated approach to drive performance and cultural change across the company.
  6. Contribute to a performance driven human resources leadership team, sharing accountability for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resources function.
