Overview

Chevron is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities such as coordinating office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
