Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, ensuring the efficient operation of the organization. This role involves performing general administrative duties, including answering telephones, responding to emails, and preparing crew activity reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining discretion in all dealings, safeguarding customer lists and internal proprietary information, and performing other duties as assigned by the Admin Coordinator and/or Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities

* Assist with reception duties as needed and keep personal workspace neat and orderly
* Inform relevant internal and external parties of customer-related work requiring attention
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin Coordinator and/or Operations Manager
Requirements
* High School Diploma required
* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity
* Bilingualism required
* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Demonstrated sound work ethics and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
