Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and contribute to the efficient operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including answering telephones, responding to emails, and performing general administrative duties.
  • Prepare crew activity reports on a daily basis and provide to the Operations Manager.
  • Inform internal and external parties of customer-related work requiring attention.
  • Assist with reception duties as needed.
  • Keep personal workspace neat and orderly.
  • Maintain discretion in all dealings.
  • Ensure safeguarding and confidentiality of customer lists and internal proprietary information.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a variety of settings.
