Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and contribute to the efficient operation of ServiceMaster Restore of Northern New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including answering telephones and responding to emails
Prepare crew activity reports and provide them to the Operations Manager
Inform internal and external parties of customer-related work requiring attention
Assist with reception duties as needed
Maintain discretion in all dealings and ensure the confidentiality of customer lists and internal proprietary information
Requirements
High School Diploma
1-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity
Bilingualism required
Ability to navigate software with ease and communicate effectively with clients
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
