Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Stuffy Riders Brandon. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service.
