Co-ordinator of Administrative Operations

We are seeking an experienced Co-ordinator of Administrative Operations to join our team at AIM PUMPS & PROCUREMENT INC.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also supervise and train other workers, record minutes of meetings, and determine office procedures.

- Record minutes of meetings and seminars
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
