Welcome to E & J Canadian Placement International Inc. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.



Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant with E & J Canadian Placement International Inc., you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing daily office operations, opening and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage daily office operations, including opening and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents and records
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both manual and digital
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Provide administrative support to the team, as needed


Requirements


  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
