Co-ordinator and Administrator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Co-ordinator and Administrator to join our team at Primera Woodworks & Cabinets Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes of these events.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and compiling data and statistics.
In addition to these duties, the Co-ordinator and Administrator will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, setting up and maintaining filing systems, and arranging travel itineraries.
The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, with a secondary school graduation certificate, and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. They will also possess strong organizational skills, flexibility, accuracy, and client focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
