As an Administrative Operations Manager with the BHUTANI GROUP OF COMPANIES INC., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced office administrator who can oversee and co-ordinate our office administrative procedures. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. A strong understanding of government access to information and privacy legislation is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard;
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. In addition, you will need to be proficient in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
