Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our regional services team as an Administrative Assistant.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Regional Services Representative, ensuring the smooth operation of our Kindersley Regional Office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing receptionist duties and assisting clients with general information
  • Directing clients to appropriate specialists and agencies
  • Typing correspondence and other documents as required
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail; coordinating outgoing mail
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Regional Services Representative

You will also be responsible for covering the absences of the Regional Services Representative, including scheduled days off, vacation leave, and sick leave, as well as one regular shift per month.

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication skills, who is able to prioritize and accurately complete multiple tasks. You will have strong computer skills and be familiar with office management practices and procedures.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to lead and collaborate with the team, and have a reputation for integrity and a focus on service excellence and innovation in their work.
