Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments ensuring seamless workflow.
- Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a clutter-free workspace.
- Greet guests, direct them to relevant contacts, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain accurate, manual, and computerized filing systems.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Terms:
- Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
- Work Language: English.
