We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and confirm appointments ensuring seamless workflow.
  2. Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional manner.
  3. Coordinate office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a clutter-free workspace.
  4. Greet guests, direct them to relevant contacts, and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate, manual, and computerized filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Work Terms:

  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Work Language: English.
